The grass is finally green in Alberta. It was blowing snowflakes around as I walked into work today, but there are finally some spring flowers blooming and the farmers are beginning to plant. Summer here is as precious as it is brief, especially since the schools run through the end of June and begin in September. (No wonder Canadians are so pasty-looking; like polar bears in toques...) I get to move into the dorms on September 6. (3 days before classes begin)
